Once you are happy with your design we will go into production and supply any artwork if necessary.
Payment
This is requested on approval of your design. For larger projects an initial deposit will also be discussed first.
Delivery
The best delivery options for you will be discussed to ensure your designs arrive safely and on time.
Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
• These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the services provided by Graphic Design R Ltd.
• By using this website or commissioning design services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
• Services include but are not limited to: graphic design for print, branding, logo creation, promotional design and related creative services.
• Specific project details, deliverables and timelines will be outlined in a written proposal or contract before work begins.
3. Payment
• A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required before work commences.
• Remaining balances are due upon milestone or project completion and prior to delivery of final files.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% increase per month on the outstanding balance.
4. Revisions
• Projects include reasonable rounds of revisions as outlined in the proposal.
• Additional revisions beyond this will be charged at an hourly or agreed-upon rate.
5. Ownership & Copyright
• The designer retains ownership of all creative concepts, drafts and working files not included in the final deliverables.
• Final designs are transferred to the client upon full payment.
• The designer reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios on social media and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
• Clients must provide all necessary content (text, images, brand assets) in a timely manner.
• Delays in providing content may impact project timelines.
• The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided materials are legally owned or licensed for use.
7. Print Production
• The designer provides print-ready files but is not responsible for print errors once files have been approved and sent to a third-party printer.
• Proofing is the client’s responsibility prior to approval.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the cancellation date.
9. Liability
• The designer will not be held liable for any damages, loss of profits or claims arising from the use of the final designs.
• The client accepts responsibility for checking final artwork prior to use.
10. Confidentiality
• Any sensitive information provided by the client will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• All handling of personal data adheres to the Data Protection (Charges and Information) Regulations 2018 by the IOC (The Information Commissioner’s Office).
11. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of England and Wales.
